RULES
I will draw:
Animals, Humans, Aliens/Monsters, Reference Sheets, D&D Characters, Robloxians, or anything else I state is alright.

I will not draw:
NSFW
Mechs/heavily detailed mechanical creatures
Hateful Content

I - GENERAL TERMS

References must be neat (No walls of text, at least two images provided if its an oc)
I am allowed to refund and decline your commission at any time for any reason.

II - PAYMENT

All commissions are paid 50% upfront, and 50% after completion.

All payments must be made through Paypal.

I will NEVER accept any form of cryptocurrency.

III - PROGRESS OF ARTWORK

I will provide previews sketches, lineart, and coloring/shading during the time I am working on your commission.

All previews will have watermarks.

The artwork will take up to 4 weeks at max once i start on it to be complete.

This may be affected by other factors such as health, complexity of artwork, school, etc.

If anything occurs, I will notify you ASAP.

Commissioners are allowed to:

Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.

Print the artwork

Use my artwork as a reference on the site Artfight as long as credit is provided.

Use my artwork as a icon on any site/app (as long as this is not a site or app that involves NFTs, or any other blockchain-related technology.)

Commissioners are NOT allowed to:

Use my artwork in ANY blockchain-related technology/sites/apps/etc (NFTs, cryptocurrency, or any future inventions)

Reproducing/using the artwork commercially. (making money off of it in any way)

Using/uploading my artwork on any site without credit

Edit/alter my artwork

Remove my watermarks

Taking credit for my artwork

CANCELLING/REFUNDING

The commissioner has no right to cancel or demand a refund from me under any circumstances after I receive full payment.

If you file a charge back; you will lose your right to use any of my artwork, and I have the right to resell, retract, or remove the artwork after this occurs.

Do not interact if you support NFTS, Cryptocurrency, or any other blockchain-related technology

Do not interact if you are a TERF/Are Homophobic

Do not interact if you ship ANY gross shit (incest/p3doph!l!a)

Do not interact if you're a proshipper, or ship any youtubers (shipping youtubers is definitely gross)
